Missing Person - Imperial Beach
December 18, 2025 – Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Imperial Beach Sheriff's Substation wants your help in locating a missing
woman.
On Tuesday, December 16 just after 7:00 a.m., 81-year-old Lijuan Cui left her home on foot in the 700 block of 13th Street in Imperial Beach. She did not return. Later that evening, Cui's family called the San Diego County Sheriff's Office to report her missing.
Cui stands about 5'1" tall and has gray hair and brown eyes. She speaks only Mandarin and is unfamiliar with public transportation. Cui is not carrying a cell phone with her.
Cui's family says she has no medical issues and has never gone missing before.
