Day Three of Retail Theft Enforcement Nets 17 Arrests, 4 Felonies
December 21, 2025 – Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Organized Retail Crime Task Force
continued its multi-day enforcement operation, wrapping up Day Three with another productive evening of targeted retail theft enforcement.
Day Three’s operation took place at Town and Country Village, focusing on retail locations including Sprouts, Five Below, TJ Maxx, Ross, as well as the Target on Fulton. Deputies were once again deployed for a limited operational window, yet still made 17 arrests, including four felony Proposition 36–qualified felony arrests.
