Suspects Arrested for Theft of Livestock
December 24, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Wednesday, November 26, 2025,
deputies from the Thermal Sheriff’s Station East Rural Crime and District Team received information regarding the theft of a horse from the 56000 block of Monroe Street in the unincorporated community of Thermal. The Rural Crime Team assumed the investigation and determined that a bay thoroughbred mare, valued at approximately $80,000, was stolen from a local horse ranch.
During the course of the investigation, deputies identified two suspects involved in the theft. On December 22, 2025, deputies arrested 22-year-old Zachery Cobbs and 27-year-old Cinderella Von Falkenhausen, both residents of Temecula. The suspects were booked into the John Benoit Detention Center on charges of grand theft and conspiracy to commit theft.
Deputies are continuing to work on recovering the horse and returning it to its rightful owner. This is an ongoing investigation, and no additional details are available.
