December 26, 2025 – Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Tuesday, Sheriff’s North Patrol Deputies responded to the Ulta at Howe ‘Bout Arden after a group of men entered the store and stole several bottles of perfume and cologne valued at more than $950, making it a felony.

Deputies determined that Jose Juarez and Victor Juarez entered the business, stole multiple boxes of merchandise, and exited the store without paying.

Deputies later located the getaway vehicle driven by Oscar Guerra. All three were arrested during a vehicle stop and transported to the Sacramento County Main Jail, where they were booked into custody.
