January 1, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Bertha Lee Ann Thomas.  She is a 68-year-old Black female who was last seen on December 30, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. on the 11000 block of Wilmington Avenue in the city of Los Angeles.

Bertha is 5’08”, 250 lbs. with brown eyes, red and black braided hair, and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing a black, grey, and white sweatsuit, and gold rings on both hands.

There is concern for her well-being and we are asking for the public’s help.
