1/27/26 Update Per Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department: Missing Person Unit is advising Joel Figueroa has been located.

January 17, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Joel Figueroa. Joel was last seen on January 16, 2026, on the 1600 block of East 120th Street, in the city of Los Angeles.
Joel is described as a 31-year-old Hispanic male adult, 5’07”, 230 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
Mr. Figueroa has a mental health condition and his family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public's help.
