February 3, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Richard Torres. He is a 61-year-old Hispanic male adult who was last seen on February 2, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., on the 18800 block of Mauna Loa Avenue, in the city of Azusa.

Mr. Torres is 5’6” tall, 225 lbs., with gray hair, brown eyes, mustache and a "MOM" tattoo on left shoulder. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black shorts, and black shoes.

Mr. Torres is medication dependent, and his family is concerned for his well-being.
