February 7, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail, is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, James Rivers. Mr. Rivers was last seen on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at approximately 5:00 p.m. near the 11500 block of Firestone Boulevard, in the city of Norwalk.

Mr. Rivers is described as a 72-year-old Black male adult, 5’07”, 140 lbs., with a short black/grey afro-styled hair, brown eyes, and a moustache. He was seen wearing a black beanie.

Mr. Rivers’ family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help in locating him.
