Parole and Probation Compliance Operation 

February 8, 2026 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on February 6, 2026, deputies assigned to the Perris Sheriff’s riverside county sheriff logoStation Special Enforcement Team, with assistance from Central PACT, Jurupa Valley Special Enforcement Team, Moreno Valley Special Enforcement Team, Perris Station Burglary Robbery Suppression Team, Regions 6 & 7 Gang Task Force, and CalFire Law Enforcement, conducted a Parole and Probation Compliance Saturation, throughout the city of Perris and unincorporated County areas. The operation was designed to proactively address quality of life issues throughout the Perris area and ensure the safety and well-being of the citizens of Perris.

The following is a list of persons arrested during the operation:

  • Undray Jackson 60-year-old resident of Perris arrested for a felony warrant for parole violation
  • James Medeiros 38-year-old resident of Meadow Brook arrested for misdemeanor warrants for vehicle code violations
  • Mauricio Hurtado 33-year-old resident of Perris arrested for misdemeanor warrants for trespassing
  • Noah Negrete 43-year-old resident of Perris arrested for felony warrant for probation violation
  • Brenda Becerra 42-year-old resident of Perris arrested for misdemeanor warrants for vandalism and narcotics
  • Lavelle Davis 37-year-old resident of Perris arrested for felony warrants for parole violation and burglary
  • Richard Whiteside 34-year-old resident of Perris arrested for drunk in public
  • James Lamar 33-year-old resident of Perris arrested for probation violation narcotic violations
  • Rhyna Alsina 39-year-old resident of Perris arrested for probation violation warrant
  • Cecilia Corina 33-year-old resident of Perris arrested for vehicle code violations
  • Lorenzo White 61-year-old resident of Perris arrested for probation violation narcotic violations
  • Eduardo Fuentes 30-year-old resident of Perris arrested for misdemeanor warrant for indecent exposure
  • Eduardo Lopez-Sanchez 39-year-old resident of Perris arrested for misdemeanor warrant for vandalism
  • Angel Sandoval Preciado 21-year-old resident of Perris arrested for narcotic violations
  • Isaiah Stewart 27-year-old resident of Perris arrested for felony warrant for firearms possession
  • Emani Wright 24-year-old resident of Perris arrested for narcotics possession
  • William Walker 31-year-old resident of Perris arrested for misdemeanor warrants

  • Kellie Chiurell 31-year-old resident of Homeland arrested for narcotics violations
  • John Stafford 65-year-old resident of Good Hope arrested for narcotic violations
  • Noe Navarro 37-year-old resident of Perris arrested for narcotic violations
  • Ansurio Chavez 58-year-old resident of Perris arrested for narcotic felony warrants
  • Jacob Deville 43-year-old resident of Perris arrested for felony warrant

This effort highlights the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office and assisting Special Teams, continued commitment to addressing crimes that negatively impact our community.

It’s important to note that individuals who commit crimes are subject to arrest and prosecution. Operations like this one are critical in addressing repeat offenders, while also working with the framework of existing laws to promote both accountability and rehabilitation where appropriate.
