February 21, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Javier Alonso Ochoa. He is a 19-year-old Hispanic male who was last seen on February 20, 2026, at approximately 4:15 p.m. on the 500 block of Richburn Avenue, in the city of Valinda.     

Javier is 5’07” tall, 200 lbs. with black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of "Ochoa" on his right arm.  He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and black shoes.

Javier suffers from a mental health condition and his family is concerned for his well-being.
