Weapons Arrest in Imperial Beach 

February 26, 2026 – San Diego County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Sunday, February 22, just after 3:00 p.m., deputies from the Imperial Beach Sheriff's Substation contacted multiple individuals inside a vehicle illegally parked in the 700 block of Seacoast Drive near Dunes Park in the City of Imperial Beach.

During the contact, deputies discovered the driver, Ozzeno Diallo (20), in possession of a loaded 9mm pistol equipped with a high-capacity magazine and a loaded .22 caliber rifle. A follow-up investigation revealed that the 9mm pistol had been reported stolen.

Diallo was arrested on multiple weapons-related charges and booked into the San Diego Central Jail.
