3/2/26 Update Per Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department: Missing Persons Unit is advising Joe Leal Ramirez, has been found.

March 2, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Joe Leal Ramirez. He is a 59-year-old Hispanic male who was last seen on March 1, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., on the 4500 block of Rodin Avenue, in the city of Lancaster.
Joe is 5’10”, 275 lbs. with brown hair, brown eyes, and a scar on his head. He no longer has facial hair, as seen in photo. He was last seen wearing a white tank top, black shorts, and brown sandals.
Mr. Ramirez has health conditions and is medication dependent. His family is concerned for his well-being.
