March 15, 2026 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that in February 2026, the Jurupa Valley riverside county sheriff logoSheriff’s Station’s Special Enforcement Team began an investigation into multiple reports of graffiti throughout the city of Jurupa Valley, causing approximately $5,000 in damage. During the investigation, the suspect was identified as Ruben Eduardo Toscano, a 40-year-old resident of Fontana.

On March 12, 2026, deputies served a search warrant in the 11000 block of Winery Drive in Fontana, where Toscano was located and taken into custody without incident. Through further investigation, deputies identified a second location associated with Toscano and served a search warrant in the 13000 block of Bella Vista Way in Victorville.

During the service of the search warrants, deputies located graffiti paraphernalia linking Toscano to vandalism throughout Jurupa Valley. At one of the locations, deputies also located cocaine, marijuana packaged for sale, and two unregistered firearms. Toscano was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for felony vandalism. This is an ongoing investigation, and no further details are available at this time
