March 21, 2026 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Thursday, March 19, 2026, deputies assigned to the Hemet riverside county sheriff logoSheriff’s Station, with the assistance of the Special Enforcement Team, conducted a sex offender parole probation compliance check at multiple locations within the Hemet Sheriff’s Station area.

Compliance checks were conducted at 13 locations involving 7 registrants.  As a result of this operation, the following subjects were arrested:

  • Juan Vasquez, a 25-year-old resident of Hemet, was charged with a felony narcotic offense and parole violation.
  • Daniel Rodriguez, a 41-year-old resident of Hemet, was arrested for a felony out-of-county warrant.
  • Justin Vandever, a 42-year-old resident of Hemet, was arrested for misdemeanor narcotic-related warrants and drug-related offenses.
  • Ernesto De Dios Aguayo, a 20-year-old resident of Hemet, was arrested for a traffic-related warrant.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office aggressively pursues prosecution of those sex registrants who fail to comply with their registration requirements.
