March 21, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the victim Victor De La Torre Jr. was shot and killed after a confrontation with males at the location of 11800 block of State Street in Lynwood on Monday, February 16, 2026, 1:15 a.m. Victim and Suspects are believed to be car club enthusiasts.

Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance with any information regarding the incident.
