May 14, 2026 – San Diego Police Department officials report that they are asking for the public’s help locating Mr. Koji Kotani & getting him home safely. He was last seen on May 13, 2026, at around 2:00 P.M. He was last seen on the 12800 block of Pine Meadow Court in San Diego.  Kotani has early onset dementia making him at-risk.  He is a 74-year-old Asian male. He is 5’4” and 140 lbs. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue and white jacket, navy shoes, and a navy baseball cap. He speaks Japanese and limited English.
