At-Risk Missing Person 

June 3, 2026 – Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office officials report they are seeking the public’s help locating an at-risk missing person Yuliya Verbovshchuk, 28 years old, 5’2” tall, approximately 185 lbs., with brown hair (likely in a ponytail), and green eyes.

She was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with white flowers, dark green leggings, and flip flops. Yuliya was last seen at about 8:30 p.m. on foot near the 10200 block of Rinda Drive.

Yuliya is considered at risk due to a cognitive disability. Yuliya is mute and displays no form of communication.
