Drug Investigation Leads to Arrest and Seizure of Nearly 2 Pounds of Cocaine 

June 10, 2026 – Yuba City Police Department officials report that on June 4, 2026, the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), with assistance from the Yuba County Sheriff's Department, served a search warrant in the 2100 block of Woodlet Drive in Marysville following a multi-month investigation into the suspected sale of cocaine throughout several Northern California counties.

During the search, SIU Agents located approximately 850 grams (1.8 pounds) of cocaine, along with digital scales and packaging materials commonly used for narcotics sales. Agents also recovered a loaded, unregistered Glock handgun. As a result of the investigation, 39-year-old Henry Marroquin of Marysville was arrested and booked into the Yuba County Jail on charges including possession of cocaine for sale, possession of narcotics while armed with a loaded firearm, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, and possession of a controlled substance.

This arrest highlights the continued commitment of SIU and our law enforcement partners to disrupting the distribution of dangerous narcotics and reducing crime in our communities.
