June 13, 2026 – Ventura County Sheriff’s Office officials report that following a months-long investigation, detectives assigned to the Ventura County Combined Agency Team (VCAT) dismantled a drug trafficking organization operating throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.

The investigation resulted in 11 arrests, the service of 10 residential search warrants, and the seizure of approximately 20 pounds of methamphetamine, fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, MDMA, firearms, and suspected drug proceeds. One suspect remains outstanding with an active felony warrant.

The Ventura County District Attorney’s Office has filed criminal complaints against all 12 individuals identified in the investigation.

The Ventura County Combined Agency Team is comprised of investigators from both local and federal law enforcement agencies. VCAT adheres to a multijurisdictional collaborative approach to reduce the impact of illicit drugs in Ventura County. VCAT focuses on major and mid-level drug offenders and their organizations that operate and or conduct their illegal business ventures in Ventura County and whose illegal activities negatively impact the residents of our county.
