June 20, 2026 – San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office officials report that on June 18, 2026, Deputies responded to an at-risk missing person report in the 1200 block of Bennett Way in Templeton.

The missing person is identified as 37-year-old Chad Corpuz of Templeton.

He was last seen walking away from his residence on Bennett Way in Templeton on June 16, 2026, at approximately 11:00 A.M. He left his cell phone, vehicle and dog at that location and he is believed to be on foot. He did not show up to his work on 6-17-2026.

Corpuz is considered an at-risk missing person because it is believed he may be going through a mental health crisis at this time.

Corpuz is described as an adult White/Filipino male, 5' 6" tall, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a dark colored hat, blue shirt, and long dark shorts.
