Missing Person Investigation 

July 12, 2026 – Monterey Police Department officials report that on July 11, 2026, at approximately 2:36 P.M., the Monterey Police Department was contacted regarding a missing person. The reporting party stated Sherry Marie Heath, 82 years old, was last seen on July 7, 2026, in Monterey, but has not been in contact with family since.

Heath has no permanent address and may be staying at a hotel somewhere on the Monterey Peninsula. Heath may be using cabs or public transportation. Given Heath’s age and medical condition, she may be at risk.

Anyone who may have seen Heath or know of her whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Monterey Police Department at 831-646-3830.
