Silver Alert Issued for Missing 72-Year-Old Man 

July 18, 2026 – Los Angeles, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the family and friends of Raoul Delatorre, along with the Los Angeles Police Department, are seeking the public’s help in locating him.

On July 15, 2026, around 9:30 p.m., 72-year-old Raoul Delatorre was last seen on foot in the 18200 block of Friar Street. Raoul has not been seen or heard from since and his family is concerned for his safety. Raoul suffers from dementia.

Raoul Delatorre has gray hair and brown eyes. He stands approximately 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark pants, and black shoes.
