July 22, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Jeison Enrique Herrera Rivas. He is a 27-year-old Hispanic male adult who was last seen on July 20, 2026, at approximately 5:30 a.m., on the Octillo Lane in the city of Carson.   

Mr. Herrera Rivas is 5’08” tall, 210 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black shirt, grey shorts and grey shoes.

Mr. Herrera Rivas' family is concerned for his well-being.
