Search Warrant Results in Drug and Sales Arrests 

August 24, 2026 – Sutter County Sheriff's Office officials report that on August 18, 2026, the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) executed a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Atwood Drive in Yuba City as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.

During the search, agents located approximately 123.32 grams of methamphetamine, along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia, packaging materials, and digital scales.

Three individuals were arrested as a result of the investigation.

52-year-old Roy Smith, 59-year-old Susan Holder and 36-year-old Rebecca Green-Holder, all of Yuba City, were arrested and booked into the Sutter County Jail for various drug and sales related charges.

The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office and the Yuba City Police Department remain committed to investigating illegal narcotics activity and holding those responsible accountable for crimes impacting our communities.
