September 1, 2026 – San Diego Police Department officials report that on August 28, 2026, at 4:15 P.M. (1615 hours), Kenneth Sims left his residence on the at 4000 block of 48th Street located in the Colina Del Sol area. Sims is considered At-Risk. Sims is an 82-year-old White male. He is 5’7”, weighing 152 lbs., has gray hair, and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and Skechers brand shoes. He is known to frequent the MTS bus system.
