September 22, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Russell Kauila Kane. He is a 69-year-old Asian male who was last seen on September 20, 2026, at approximately 8:00 A.M. on the 17200 block of Figueroa Street in the city of Carson.

Russell is 5’2”, 140 lbs., with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark gray/black hoodie and blue jeans.

Russell has mental disabilities. His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public's help.
