August 13, 2021 – An Evacuation Order and Evacuation Warning have been issued for Tehama County effective immediately.

EVACUATION ORDER: Zone B17, C17, D17, 227 and 228

Area of Mill Creek, south of Lassen Volcanic Park.

NOTE: The town of Mineral is still under an Evacuation Warning

Definitions:

Evacuation Order: Immediate threat to life. This is a lawful order to leave now. The area is lawfully closed to public access.

Evacuation Warning: Potential threat to life and/or property. Those who require additional time to evacuate, and those with pets and livestock should leave now.

Safety Message:

The public is reminded to stay vigilant on current fire conditions. Please continue to adhere to road closures and any evacuation warnings.
A reminder to drive slowly and yield to emergency personnel in the area. There will be smoke in the respective areas as firefighters continue firefighting operations.
