Now Showing at Gallery 5 Dixie Salazar - Dreaming in Color

Fresno artist Dixie Salazar is an artist, author, activist, and educator. Her work is alive with the passion of life, and rich in color and iconography. Her paintings are a delightful combination of flowing forms, vivid color, and provocative abstraction, tempting fantasies that stimulate the imagination, and leave the viewer hungry for more.

Dreaming in Color... will be on display at the gallery from June 28^th through July 30^th. 

Reception on Saturday, July 8^th, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a very special reading of selected poems, including unpublished works by Dixie Salazar.  Live Music by Warren Cox. Chillin’ and Grillin’ with Gloria Garland.

$5 donation for admission recommended.  Proceeds allow Gallery 5 to present special exhibits and events like this one!  Gallery 5 is sponsored by Visit Yosemite Madera County
