November 5, 2017 - CAL FIRE announces a community information meeting on a proposed air curtain burner for the Greeley Hill area of Mariposa County on Monday, November 20, 2017.

This proposed CAL FIRE/Mariposa County project will assist the residents in the disposal of Tree Mortality affected trees.

Beginning at 5:30 P.M. Representatives from CAL FIRE, Mariposa County Departments of Environmental Health, Public Works, and Planning along with Supervisor Merlin Jones will provide information on the proposed project and burner operation.

Site location will be discussed along with specifics of the burner.

The meeting will be held at the Greeley Hill Community Hall located at 10332 Fiske Road.
