SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING

CHAPTER 2.80 OF THE MARIPOSA COUNTY CODE

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at its regularly scheduled meeting, the Mariposa County Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 2.80 of the Mariposa County Code.  This amendment will replace the title of this chapter from “Emergency Services, Emergency Advisory Council and Emergency Services Council” with the title “Emergency Organization and Functions.”  This amendment will identify the redefined purpose, membership and operations that will take place during any type of emergency affecting Mariposa County.

A certified copy of the full text of this ordinance is posted for public review in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at 5100 Bullion Street, Mariposa, California, and is available for public inspection and copying in that office in accordance with the California Public Records Act, Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 6250) of Division 7 of Title 1.
