March 30, 2018 - Erika Miranda's fifth and sixth graders, Andrea Contreras' seventh and eighth graders, and some of Stephanie Evan's home school students at Sierra Foothill Charter School enjoyed an afternoon at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on Thursday, March 22. They had a beautiful ride home until faced with flooding over Hwy 140 near Cunningham Road. The bus turned around and waited at the Merced Mall for the water to subside. All students made it home safe and sound, albeit three plus hours later than anticipated. It will certainly be a field trip they always remember.
