Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC NO. 10852-C-2017, with Willdan Financial Services to update the County's Development Impact Fee Program and Capital Improvement Plan and to extend the term of the agreement by an additional six months.

Building Maintenance Insurance Reimbursements.

1.              Consideration of approval of Receipt of Unanticipated Revenue No. 17-077, in the amount of $18,540.00, for Building Maintenance - Misc Reimbursement & Refunds and appropriated to Maintenance Bldg/Imp Jail for expected insurance reimbursement of the replacement cost of the gate at the Madera County Department of Corrections. 4 Votes Required

2.              Consideration of approval of Receipt of Unanticipated Revenue No. 17-086, in the amount of $81,111.20, for Building Maintenance - Misc Reimbursement & Refunds and appropriated to Professional and Specialized Services for insurance reimbursement of cost of Government Center elevator repairs. 4 Votes Required

Consideration of entering into an Agreement with Moore Twining Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00, for materials testing and special inspection services for the new Public Health and Social Services Complex.

Consideration to adopt a Resolution Summarily Vacating a portion Public Right-of-Way known as Road 11 between Avenue 17 and Avenue 17-1/2.

Consideration to adopt a Resolution of Intent to consider increased water and/or water/sewer service rates on property within Maintenance Districts 5 Mountain Ranches (MD-5), 27 Goldside Estates (MD-27), 40A Sunset Ridge (MD-40A), 42 Meadow View (MD-42) and County Service Area 16 Sumner Hill (CSA-16).

Presentation on proposed revitalization projects for Downtown Madera by the Madera Arts Council and Halajian Architects.

Madera County Arts Joint Powers Authority

1.              Discussion and consideration of entering into an Agreement with the City of Madera and Madera Unified School District to form the Madera County Arts Joint Powers Authority to conduct activities associated with the development of a Performing Arts Complex in Downtown Madera.

2.              Discussion and consideration of appointment of a representative, a first alternate and a second alternate to the Board of Directors for the Madera County Arts Joint Powers Authority.

Discussion and consideration to adopt a Resolution certifying that Madera County will have sufficient funds to operate and maintain the project and to authorize the County Administrative Officer, or their designee, to submit an application for the California Climate Investments Urban Greening Grant Program from the California Natural Resources Agency, conduct all negotiations, and submit and execute all related grant documents.

Discussion and consideration to authorize the Chairman to sign a letter in opposition to AB 2975, Wild and scenic rivers.
