May 3, 2018 - During the month of April, Sierra Foothill Charter School staff has been working with students on the meanings of gentleness and humility, this month's core virtues. On Friday, April 28, students who have exemplified these virtues through their actions all school year long were recognized in a school wide assembly.
Great job to: Gabe Walters, Malachi Shelton, Khalil Neogy, Reese Evans, Morgan Imrie, Danny Specht, Wyatt Parks, Tennessee Blagg, Brody Bean, and (not pictured) Melody Neimier.
Throughout the month, students who behave in ways that go above and beyond what is expected are given tickets by staff. Students can use these tickets to immediately pick a reward from the treasure box in the office, or they can put the ticket in a jar for the monthly drawing of a special prize. This student's name was drawn this month. He won a bag full of drawing supplies.
