Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 10922-C-2017, with Relias Learning, to amend the Scope of Services to add an additional 40 users for staff to maintain compliance with current Federal and State mandated standards, and amend the Compensation and Costs, for Fiscal Years 2017-2020.

San Joaquin River Bluff Estates.

1.               Consideration to adopt a Resolution accepting the Final map of San Joaquin River Bluff Estates, Tract No. 276.

2.               Consideration of approval to authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution on behalf of the County.

3.              Consideration of approval to authorize the Clerk of the Board to sign and record subdivision map, Tract No. 276, San Joaquin River Bluff Estates.

4.               Consideration of to enter into an Improvement Agreement, with San Joaquin River Bluff Estates Association, a California Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation, to defer improvements.

Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC NO. 10316A-C-2017, with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, for the readjustment of billing rates (meals and mileage) for the intrastate transportation of inmates by L.A. County Sheriff, for Fiscal Year 2017-2018.

Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC NO. 10316A-C-2017, with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, for the annual billing rates (meals and mileage) for the intrastate transportation of inmates by L.A. County Sheriff, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 9726A-C-2015, with Zak's for hospital security guard services relating to the monitoring and containment of inmates when transporting to different facilities, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 10346A-C-2018, with Cooperative Personnel Services (CPS), to extend the scope of work (completion date) of the compensation study to September 30, 2018.

Consideration of entering into an Agreement with Nokia of America Corporation, in the amount of $95,944.00, for the purchase of Nokia Access Switches and five year Service Level Agreement.

Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC NO. 8826A-C-2018, with Fred Massetti and Diane Massetti Trust of 2008, to amend the lease to include additional Microwave Radio Equipment located at 325 South D Street.

California Reportable Disease Information Exchange.

1.              Consideration of entering into an Agreement, with the California Department of Public Health, for System Data Use And Disclosure, for the use of California Reportable Disease Information Exchange (CalREDIE).

2.              Consideration of approval to authorize the Health Officer to sign the agreement as requested by the State.

3.              Consideration of authorizing the Public Health Director or Health Officer to sign any subsequent documents or amendments to this agreement as required for continued operations. 

Consideration of approval of Transfer of Appropriations No. 18-005, in the amount of $395,286.00, transfer from Roads - Professional & Specialized Services to Permanent Salaries, Retirement, County Group Insurance Contributions, and Buildings & Improvements, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 10857-C-2017 (USFS No. 17-LE-11051360-029), with United States Forest Service (USFS), for an additional amount of $25,000.00, for Law Enforcement Services at Bass Lake and Mammoth Pool to suppress the manufacturing and trafficking of controlled substances in the Sierra National Forest, and authorize the Sheriff to sign.

Consideration to adopt a Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of a Grant Anticipation Note, not to exceed the principal amount of $350,000.00, to provide short-term cash advance for a planning and feasibility study for potential replacement or expansion of the surface water treatment plant and storage tank for Maintenance District No. 01, Hidden Lakes.

Consideration to adopt a Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of a Grant Anticipation Note, not to exceed the principal amount of $250,000.00, to provide short-term cash advance for a planning and feasibility study and a new distribution main replacement for Maintenance District No.19A and 19B, Parkwood. 

Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 8023A-C-2015, between MD-7 and Ponderosa Telephone Company to renew the current lease for an additional three (3) years and authorize the Chairman of the Board, or a designated appointee, to sign the amendment.

Presentation of a Proclamation proclaiming August 2018 as "Child Support Awareness Month."

Health & Social Services Complex - Solar Power Purchase Agreements.

1.              Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 11072-C-2017, with California Solar 1 LLC, regarding the Solar Power Purchase Agreement for Health & Social Services Office Facility Complex Building A (Public Health).

2.              Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 11073-C-2017, with California Solar 1 LLC, regarding the Solar Power Purchase Agreement for Health & Social Services Office Facility Complex Building B (Social Services Department 1).

3.              Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 11074-C-2017, with California Solar 1 LLC, regarding the Solar Power Purchase Agreement for Health & Social Services Office Facility Complex Building C (Social Services Department 2).

4.              Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 11075-C-2017, with California Solar 1 LLC, regarding the Solar Power Purchase Agreement for Health & Social Services Office Facility Complex Building C (Social Services Department 3).

California Immunization Grant.

1.              Consideration of entering into an Agreement (Grant Agreement No.17-10327), with the California Department of Public Health, to assist local health departments in preventing and controlling vaccine-preventable diseases in the local health jurisdiction.
