1.              Consideration of entering into an Agreement with Mark Thomas & Company, for professional engineering services to develop the Countywide Systemic Safety Analysis Report (SSAR) and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement.

2.              Consideration of approval to authorize the Public Works Director to issue the Notice to Proceed for performance of the work.

3.              Consideration of approval to authorize the Auditor-Controller to issue payments for contingencies up to 10% of the contract award amount per established County Policy.

4.              Consideration of approval to authorize the Public Works Director to solely issue and approve contract change orders in accordance with public contract code, not to exceed authorized contingencies.

Animal Services - Facility Improvements.

2.              Discussion and consideration to adopt a Resolution, accepting the donation of an office trailer to Madera County Animal Services.

3.              Discussion and consideration of approval of Transfer of Appropriations No. 18-015, in the amount of $34,629.63, transfer from Prov/Contingecy - Appropriations for Contingency to General Fund- Operating Transfer Out-Capital Project, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019.  4 Votes Required
