Consideration of entering into an Amendment to MCC No. 10204C-C-2017 with Davis Guest Home, Inc., to amend the rate to $105.00 per bed per day, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, and authorize the Chairman to sign.

Consideration of entering into an Agreement with Crisis Support Services of Alameda County, in the amount not to exceed $38,184.00, for provision of crisis intervention services by telephone, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, and authorize the Chairman to sign.

Consideration of approval of Receipt of Unanticipated Revenue No. 18-022, in the amount of $30,367.00, derived from Child Support - ST-CS IVD Incent and Fed-DA/CS Enforce Administration to be appropriated to Permanent Salaries, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019. 4 Votes Required

1.              Discussion and consideration to adopt a Resolution of acceptance of offer and authorization to sell Real Property, located in Madera, California, Assessor's Parcel Number 010-132-001; 322 W. 6th Street.

2.              Discussion and consideration of approval of Receipt of Unanticipated Revenue No. 18-023, in the amount of $117,500.00, derived from General Fund Revenues - Sale of Land, to be appropriated to Prov/Contingency - Appropriations for Contingency, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019. 4 Votes Required

Presentation on the activities of the Fossil Discovery Center, including the progress of the Mammoth Orange restoration project.

Staffing through SAFER Grant Application.

1.              Discussion and consideration of approval to ratify the submission of the 2017 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant application.

2.              Discussion and consideration to adopt a Resolution approving SAFER grant with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, to accept funding in the amount not to exceed $814,740.00, to hire 3 new firefighters for a three year period and the County to provide matching funds in the amount of $506,460.00 for the three year period of performance.
