Consideration of entering into an Addendum to Memorandum of Understanding (MCC NO. 10753-C-2016) between Madera County and San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Groundwater Sustainability Agency, to supplement the MOU terms to coordinate SGMA implementation and enforcement, the Agency's development of a County Island GSP Chapter, SGMA coordination with other GSA'S within the basin, the establishment of monitoring protocols and data exchange, and fee recovery and enforcement mechanisms.

Consideration of entering into an Subbasin Coordination Agreement with Delta-Mendota Subbasin, to comply with SGMA requirement to ensure that the multiple GSPs within the Subbasin are developed and implemented using the same methodologies and assumptions, that the elements of the GSPs are appropriately coordinated to support sustainable management, and to ultimately set forth the information necessary to show how the multiple GSPs in the Subbasin will achieve the sustainability goal.

Consideration of entering into a Cost Sharing Agreement for Delta-Mendota Subbasin and the Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, to dictate terms describing the mechanisms for the sharing of costs associated with the coordination activities, execute, and will establish a Coordination Committee to provide the forum for the parties to accomplish the coordination obligation of SGMA and will enumerate the Coordination Committee's responsibilities.

Discussion and consideration to adopt a Resolution appointing Rebecca Beavers as a Retired Annuitant to the position of Deputy Director of Community & Economic Development Planning Division, waiving the CalPERS 180 day wait period from date of retirement, and making Findings in support thereof, effective October 3, 2018.
