Hearing to consider the request by Craig and Jeannine Rublee for a Tentative Subdivision Map (S #2018-001), Whiskey Creek Ranch, that would be for a Multi-Generational/Senior Co-Housing Project on 34.7 acres with 27 lots clustered on 5 acres, 10 acre and 6.6 acre home sites, and a 36 acre agricultural lot in North Fork. The property is located on the east side of Road 225, approximately 0.25 mile south of its intersection with Rainbow Drive (58793 Road 225), North Fork. A General Plan (GP #2018-003) and a Rezoning (CZ $2018-003) will also be considered. The General Plan would change the Designation of AE (Agricultural, Exclusive) Designation to 5.7 acres of MDR (Medium Density Residential) Designation and 29 acres to OS (Open Space) to allow clustered housing, and 10 acres of AE (Agricultural, Exclusive) to RR (Rural Residential). The Rezoning would change the zoning from ARE-40 (Agricultural, Rural, Exclusive-40 Acre) District to PDD (Planned Development District) District for 34.7 acres which includes the clustered housing and open space, and -RM (Rural Mountain) on 10 acres. A Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND #2018-17) has also been prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act and will be considered for adoption. Size: 89.12 Acres.
