The Sierra Sun Times weather station in Mariposa recorded 0.80" of rain on Wednesday evening by Midnight. On Thursday the station recorded 0.23" for a two day total of 1.03".
November 23, 2018 - The National Weather Service Hanford office reports a storm system will bring another round of snow to the higher elevations of the Sierra Friday into Friday evening.
This next storm will target the Sierra mainly north of Kings Canyon where up to a foot of new snow is likely.
Impacts include slick, snow-covered roads and potential travel delays.
