December 16, 2018 - The National Weather Service Hanford Office reports a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from Yosemite National Park through Kings Canyon from 4:00 P.M. Sunday through 4:00 P.M. Monday.
Snow level will be about 6000 feet, however light snow may fall as low as 5500 feet in the colder air behind the cold front.
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties.
Expect slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
