January 5, 2019 - California Governor Jerry Brown on Friday appointed Tom Berryhill, 65, of Modesto, to the State Compensation Insurance Fund Board of Directors.

Berryhill served as Senator for the California State Senate’s 8th District from 2010 to 2018 and as an Assemblymember for the California State Assembly’s 25th District from 2006 to 2010.

This position does not require Senate confirmation and the compensation is $58,633.

Berryhill is a Republican.
