February 4, 2019 - The National Weather Service Hanford Office reports a storm system will bring additional snow to the southern Sierra through Tuesday.
As colder air invades the region, snow levels will lower to between 1500 feet and 2500 feet in the Sierra foothills tonight and between 3000 feet and 4000 feet in Kern County.
Motorists should anticipate slick, snow covered roads above these elevations with possible travel delays and road closures.
