2019 Central California Livestock Symposium
“Prevention and Innovation in Livestock Management”
February 8, 2019 - University of California, Cooperative Extension’s Livestock & Natural Resources Advisor for Mariposa and Merced Counties, Fadzayi Mashiri, is hosting a workshop for local ranchers at McCay Hall in Catheys Valley on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
The presentations will be focusing on “Prevention and Innovation in Livestock Management”. Topics include: practical application of EPD’s, innovations in Genomics, vaccination and deworming protocols, water quality research updates, prescribed fire for rangeland management, and BQA animal transportation certification.
