Pest Management Workshop
June 24, 2019 - The Mariposa County Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the University of California Cooperative Extension will be presenting its annual Hot Topics in Integrated Pest Management workshop on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at McCay Hall (located at 2820 Hwy. 140) in Catheys Valley, California.
Are you interested in learning about California Department of Pesticide Regulation regarding second generation rodenticides and drift-off-site movement? Or invasive aquatic weeds, or controlling major rangeland weeds? Then come join us for this workshop.
If you need continuing education hours for your State Department of Pesticide Regulation license or you’re Private Applicator Certification, 5.25 hours of DPR continuing education credits including 3.25 hours of laws & regulations have been requested.
On-site registration for the workshop will began at 8:00 A.M. and the workshop will run from 8:30 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.
The cost for the workshop is $35 and includes snacks, lunch, and handout materials.
Registration is required; please register by Friday, July 19, 2019.
Please be prepared to show photo identification for admittance to the workshop. Bring a chair cushion for your comfort.
