June 26, 2019 - Starting July 1st, YARTS will begin the second year of the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) for Mariposa and Merced Counties.
In Mariposa County, the program will provide up to four (4) free YARTS round-trip tickets to Mariposa County residents who apply until all tickets have been issued or June 30th, 2020, whichever comes first.
In order to receive tickets, residents must send proof of address (driver’s license, utility bill, etc.) to tickets@yarts.com. A valid address or PO Box must be provided to receive tickets. Tickets can be picked up in person at the YARTS office at 369 W. 18th Street, Merced, CA 95340. A photo ID is required when picking up tickets. Limit 4 tickets per household.
In Merced County, the program will provide up to two (2) YARTS round-trip tickets to Merced County residents for only $7.50 per ticket, until all tickets have been issued or June 30th, 2020, whichever comes first.
Merced County residents must pick up tickets in person at the YARTS office at 369 W. 18th Street, Merced, CA 95340. A photo ID is required when picking up tickets. Limit 2 tickets per household.
Children 17 and under ride free with each adult ticket.
