January 7, 2015 - At the Tuesday, January 6, 2015 Mariposa County Board of Supervisors meeting Public Works Assistant DirectorGary Taylor provided the Board with an update on the Mariposa County Courthouse Renovation Project.

Talking about the electrical for the building and the costs being substantial because of a complete upgrade to the interior system of the building Mr. Taylor said the electrical system is adequate for right now with the loads on the system. A weak point in the system is the branch circuit panels and they need to be upgraded. The company will be in Mariposa on Thursday but they believe they can bring the repairs to the electrical for this phase, with the repairs to the roof and outside to come into the original budget projections of around $500,000. The clock will be part of the repair.
