August 21, 2019 - Prather, Calif. – Effective immediately the High Sierra Ranger District Office will be closed on the weekends. The office will be closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s beginning August 24, 2019. The office will be open Monday – Friday from 800 AM - 4:30 PM, for your forest needs.

Here are the Sierra National Forest’s office hours:

• High Sierra Ranger District, Prather, CA. – Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Bass Lake Ranger District, North Fork, CA. - Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Forest Supervisors Office, Clovis, CA. - Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Seasonal offices will continue to operate under the following scheduled hours.

High Sierra Ranger District:

• High Sierra Visitor Station – Open: Thurs – Mon 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Eastwood Visitor Station – Open: Mon, Thurs – Sat 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Dinkey Creek Visitor Station – Open: Thurs – Mon 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Bass Lake Ranger District:

• Forest Service Oakhurst Office: Open: Tues – Sat 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Clover Meadow Wilderness Office _ Open Thurs-Mon, 8:00 to 4:30 PM
