August 26, 2019 - The Mother Lode Jewish Community will be gathering on Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year, in the afternoon on Sunday, September 29th beginning at 4:00 P.M. at a private home in Murphys. After a potluck meal, member-led services will commence.
One week prior, on Saturday, September 21st, Rabbi Andra Greenwald will conduct a Liel Selichot service. Details as to time and location are pending.
There is no charge to attend either of these gatherings. Members and nonmembers alike are welcome. The full year’s calendar of services and events can be seen on the Events tab of the MLJC’s website: MotherLodeJewishCommunity.org.
