March 5, 2020 - On Tuesday, March 3, the MCHS Academic Boosters Club took a bus full of Mariposa County High School students to UC Merced for a variety of lab tours. Students chose ahead of time from subjects such as physics and chemistry to microbiology, neuropsychology, and a whole lot more. ABC member Naoko Kada made arrangements with UC Merced professors and organized student schedules for the day based on their preferences. Students also toured a dorm and ate lunch on campus courtesy of UC Merced. ABC appreciates all of the scientists and staff who spent time with students. It was a very worthwhile day for all who attended.
