March 24, 2020 - The National Weather Service Hanford Office reports a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for parts of the Sierra Nevada from Yosemite National Park to Kings Canyon National Park above 5,000 feet from 3:00 P.M. Today until 5:00 A.M. Wednesday.
Snow accumulations from 4 to 8 inches with local accumulations of up to 12 inches are expected above 5,000 feet.
Motorists should anticipate slick driving conditions, travel delays and possible road closures.
Hikers and campers should be prepared for wintry conditions.
